Andrew Osterloh, P.Eng.

Vice-President, Projects
  • Professional Engineer with over 20 years’ mining industry experience in process engineering, plant metallurgy and project management
  • Formerly Project Director and Manager of Studies for Fluor Canada, where he led feasibility studies for several large base metal assets in the Americas for Glencore, Freeport-McMoRan, Teck and Newmont
  • Previously acted as Plant Metallurgist and Mill General Foreman at Barrick Gold’s Eskay Creek Mine in northwest B.C., and as Plant Metallurgist for Imperial Metals’ Huckleberry Mine in central B.C.
  • Member of the Association of Professional Engineers of British Columbia and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mineral Process Engineering from the University of British Columbia

  • Exceptional track record in steering the environmental assessment and permitting processes for major mining projects in British Columbia, including for the KSM, Brucejack, Kemess Underground, and Blackwater projects

Clem Pelletier

Technical Advisor
  • Process chemist/metallurgist by training with over 50 years of experience in the mining industry and resource-related environmental consulting
  • Founder of the Rescan Group (now part of ERM), a globally recognized, industry-leading mineral processing engineering and environmental consulting firm
  • Managed large environmental impact studies and permitting for major projects such as the KSM Project, the Jansen Potash Project, Goro Nickel, the Voisey’s Bay Nickel Project, Escondida, the Ekati Diamond Mine and many others
  • Former Director of Goldcorp and Newmont Corporation, currently serves on the board of Seabridge Gold, and is a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

Ken Brouwer

Technical Advisor
  • Geotechnical engineer with over 35 years experience in the water resources and mining sectors, with extensive expertise in tailings management for mining projects throughout North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Asia, and Africa
  • Principal Engineer with Knight Piésold Vancouver, former President of Knight Piésold Canada, and former Director of the Global Knight Piésold Management Team
  • Independent technical reviewer and Engineer of Record for several large tailings storage facilities in western Canada and US
  • Has made significant contributions to the evolution of the current best practices for dam design and tailings management

Martyn Creaney

  • 25 years with Placer Dome, where he was Vice President, Design & Construction, overseeing all design and construction activities for the company
  • Has provided senior advisory services to various companies, including as OceanaGold’s Senior Project Advisor for the development of the Haile Gold Mine in South Carolina and as independent Project Reviewer for Pretium’s Brucejack Gold Mine in British Columbia.
